Yes we do. International orders may be subject to custom fees.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Every product is custom made so all sales are final.  We only offer returns on items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Contact us at info@jcity71.com and send us a picture of the misprinted/damaged/defective item(s) so we can verify it is our product and we will either resend another item or refund your money. Note: we do not offer refunds due to buyer's remorse.
